Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as smoothly as possible.
REFUNDS
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
You have a 30-days to return from receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with all protective materials in place. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted where it is obvious the items have been worn.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way, in this instance, you may choose to have the item(s) sent back to you at your own expense.
To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@abtany.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer an exchange service. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our returns policy. The delivery fee for exchanges applies.
